Description
Coarse coir consists of fibres and chips from the coconut husk. It holds little water itself, but makes a substrate open and airy and hardly slumps. That makes it one of the most stable structural components you can mix in.
Use it in container mixes, for tub plants and for houseplants that appreciate an airy, coarse substrate, such as aroids and orchids. Like our fine coir, it is washed and buffered.
