Description
Bark brings air and structure to a substrate and has a slightly acidic reaction. It is a staple in container growing and in mixes for acid-loving crops such as rhododendron, heather and blueberry.
This bark has a fraction of 5 to 20 mm: coarse enough for air and drainage, fine enough to mix in evenly. Also suitable as a mulch in planting beds.
